About the Recipe

Ingredients
• 2 - 3 cloves of sliced Garlic (I used elephant garlic)
• 3T Garcia De La Cruz essential olive oil
• 2 pounds green beans
• 1/2 cup Chicken broth or stock
• Salt and pepper

Preparation
1. Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat and add your EVOO to the skillet.
2. Once hot, add in your sliced garlic and cook until aromatic.
3. Add your green beans, making sure to coat with the sliced garlic and oil.
4. Add chicken broth or stock and cook the beans until they are bright green and the stock has evaporated.
5. Add salt and pepper, toss, and serve.
Notes:
• Add chili flakes for a kick of spice or use a small amount of sesame oil for a Pan Asian flavor.
